In the historical centre of Mareri, composed of few houses extended around the Fortress, buildings stand out a rocky precipice, here this stone house lies and it fills partially the hamlet old town walls, so that it seems a medieval tower.
The house is developed on two levels. The first floor is composed of entrance, kitchen and bathroom. A door from the kitchen leads to a large and very panoramic terrace which enjoys views over the mountains and Lake Salto. The terrace in its turn gives access to two bedrooms of which one is currently used as a studio. On the second floor there's another bedroom which has independent entrance but also an access from the first floor through a small staircase.
The apartment also has a cellar.
The building is structurally solid and the roof is in good condition.
